Condo in Cologne

Our beautiful studio comfortably fits 2 people. It is located in the hip neighborhood of Belgian Quarter. The studio is equipped with all you need for your trip in Cologne, towels, hairdryer, fresh bed linen, fast wifi and a TV + Netflix. The street itself is very quiet but plenty of pubs, coffee places, restaurants as well as public transport are nearby. HINT: This is not a 4 star hotel. This is my smart, hip, young room for hip, feeling young, easy people, as well. The space The studio contains everything you need. A comfortable queen size bed, fresh bedlinen as well as towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and an induction stove. All basic kitchen utensils are available. Nothing speacial but enough for some days. The bathroom includes a small closet where you can hang clothes. Due to the large window front, the studio is very bright & has its own balcony. Though, especially on sunny days I recommend you to walk around the nice neighborhood especially Brüsseler Platz & check out the flair of Belgian Quarter. The window front is facing north, hence the room temperature is always comfortable. It lies towards a quiet street within the “Belgisches Viertel”, which allows you to have the window open at night without it getting noisy. TV + Netflix + Wifi Guest access Guests are alone in the studio (no sharing) & can make use of the whole studio with everything that is in there. Other things to note There're new laws because of the hotel lobby interests. They can't get enough money and won't accept free market rules. So on airbnb hoster will get a little bit trubble in future. So please take care of questions of strangers. I don't think you come in such a situation. It's just a preventive information! A house on the street is currently being renovated, which may result in occasional renovation noises Monday to Friday.
