The house is IDEAL for group accommodation of 15 or more guests or have party celebrations. We can also host couples, solo adventurer, business travelers or families (with kids). The house is close to Provincial Capitol and sports complex. You’ll love the beautiful interior, mirror wall, and the very clean bathrooms and kitchen. It offers 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms and 1 Fan room with double deck-bed. The house is all yours to enjoy and you are NOT sharing with the host or care-taker. The space The house has 4 Bedrooms. 3 Bedrooms with A/C & 1 Bedroom with fan and private bath. We have a total of 2 Comfort Rooms 1 Shower Room and 2 Kitchen areas. Living room has beautiful interior design and you will love mirror walls. A/C Rooms: Room 1 - Queen Bed = 2 to 4 pax Room 2 - King Bed = 3 to 5 pax Room 3 - Queen Bed = 2 to 4 pax Fan Room: Room 4 - Double Bed - 2 pax Total 🟰 15 pax can be accommodated. We can allow special arrangements for more than 15 guests, but some have to bring their own extra beddings (mats, blankets, pillows, towels) and set up their bedding in the living room. The most guests we had so far is 25 guests and they had fun in the house. Guest access Guest has access to all parts of the house. You are NOT sharing the house with the owner or the care-taker. The house is all yours to enjoy with full privacy. During your stay Treat the house like your OWN because this is your house away from home! Other things to note CCTV cameras are available facing outside the garage and in terrace area for security purposes.
