The space The Wain House is a beautifully converted building on our rural, working farm, originally used as a cart store. The Wainhouse is fully accessible with a wide entrance, accommodation on one level and wet room with shower seat. The bright and airy lounge features a wood burner for those cosy evenings post walk or day fishing. There is a fully equipped kitchen and farmhouse table in the dining area perfect for families or friends. The comfortable, stylish master bedroom features a superking bed and TV. The second bedroom which over looks fields, features twin beds but these can be linked to create another superking by request. The bathroom is set as a wet room with shower. The garden features a gravel section set with grasses and pretty pots, a lawned area with mature trees offering shade and a sunny decking patio and BBQ area at the back of the property. The garden is fully secure so perfect for your 4 legged friend or young children. Wi-Fi, Iron, ironing board and hairdryer provided. Children welcome with a cot and highchair also available on request. The farm has 2 fishing lakes within an easy 1 minute walk and the cottage has a store for all your fishing tackle. Dog walking is possible around the farm Small campsite nearby if you have extra guests that want to stay with you Guest access Private parking for 2 or more cars, access for less abled people or elderly, great for kids Other things to note Well behaved pets accepted by arrangement - Pets aren't allowed on furniture or the beds, £15 per dog payable on arrival
