Note: We are not Beach Front, 15-20mins from nearby beach resorts (stilts, Aquaria, lago de oro, Matabungkay), 12mins drive from little boracay floating cottage in Brgy.poblacion, We are near the floating Cottage Port of Gulod 5 mins from our house, where you can rent floating cottage or balsa going to white sand bar of Calatagan for snorkeling,island hopping activities. The space Our Place is big and has plenty of rooms to choose from (2-4 pax capacity of each room) 1st House with 2nd flr (5 AC rooms) 2nd House 1st flr function room with 2nd flr 4 AC rooms 3rd House: house fronting the Pool 2 AC rooms on the 2nd Floor 1 middle size kubo room with double deck bed (2-3 pax capacity), very relaxing place and quiet., Guest will surely love our food deliciously home cooked meal. if they opt to order food group meals (boodle fight menu) merienda meals We have a parking space inside the resort can fit up to 2 cars, if wil occupy space of basketball area can fit 4 and more parking space outside our rest house.,place is safe we have cctv in common areas, we have a standby generator incase of power interruptions. Guest access Guest can use all the amenities (swimming Pool, billiards, videoke, garden area, table and chairs,outdooor kitchen,basketball, and the 3 houses and a nipa hut, parking,common CR's inside the rest house etc. You will have the place exclusively for you during the duration of your stay. Note : 6AC rooms included in the base rate good for up to 20 pax, guests can choose 6 AC rooms from House 1&2,3 if guests wants to get additional room the rates are the following Additional fees: Standard AC room – 2,500 Other fees: Use of AC function room- 4,000 (wholeday/halfday), food boodle fight menu group meals and merienda group meals, Daytour Fee- Floating cottage rental trip to Calatagan Sand Bars Ecological/calatagan Tourism fee: 30/pax Other things to note The place is private, it's a great for family/friends gathering, outing, team building and events. We also accommodate smaller groups. Plenty of space for fun and games. We have a fully equiped outdoor kitchen for guests complete with kitchen utensils, cooking utensils, stove, refrigerator and BBQ/ grilling area. Plenty of Dining/Socialising area (kubo huts, chairs & tables in the garden. Our place can accomodate up to 40 pax comfortably. Our place is big and has plenty of rooms for accomodations. Our Rest House consists of 11 aircon rooms, and a AC nipahut room (you have plenty of rooms you can choose to stay). : House 4 native bungalow house is our private house and it's only exclusive for owner's family use.,and it's where our in house staff is staying. We offer group meals boodle fight menu for your (lunch and dinner) and Merienda group meals, Just give us a heads up for your meal arrangement a few days before your stay., you can also cook your own meals we have a fully equip kitchen for your use including cooking utensils free of use. we only charge 300 Gasul Fee use for overnight stay, 600 for 3 days/2 nights stay. We have plenty of water dispenser with distilled/mineral water for your use (free of charge) I think we are the only if not, one of the few resorts that don't charge for this. So this is a Plus.Blankets, sheets,pillows are provided. we are not a hotel, this is a private homestay (resort) bring your own set of toiletries since we can only provide tissue and handwash in T&B, also bring your own bath towel for hygiene purpose, but in case you forgot to bring one, we have available towel at the resort. We make sure that you will have a hassle free stay with us, as much as we can, we provide our guest everything they need. Our base rate listed here is up to 20pax inclusive of 6 AC rooms Overnight 22hrs exclusive use of resort, in excess of 20 pax additional 500 per head.
