Activities and entertainment to fit just about everyone: BIKERS: There are miles of country back roads plus the Sparta-Elroy bike trails. CANOE: The Kickapoo river runs through the Wildcat Mountain State Park and the Kickapoo Reserve providing some of the most scenic riverways in the area. SNOWMOBILE: A short ride on a private trail connects to the State trails near Mt. Tabor. Once on the trails, you have unlimited route options and destinations. Southwest Wisconsin has terrific trails and the most beautiful winter scenery in the state. FISHING: Two great trout streams--Cheyenne and Billings. Habitat restoration on miles of trout steam completed years ago. Holes of native Brook, Rainbow, and Brown trout. A fisherman's delight! HUNTING: Thousands of acres of the Kickapoo Reserve is open to the public for hunting. Turkey and whitetail deer hunting is outstanding.
