Just a few minutes drive to New Plymouth set in a rural area with lots of Lifestyle blocks and near the coast. A great location to visit the sights of Taranaki with its beautiful coastline, mountain & beaches & New Plymouth & Oakura only a short drive . This comfortable holiday home is in the wooded grounds of the owners home with rural surroundings. The cottage is bright & comfortably furnished with the bonus of a conservatory seating area for cooler days. The space Off road private parking. There is a open plan living area with a modern kitchenette that has a fridge and microwave to prepare basic meals and snacks. Although there is no full oven in the kitchen it has a small counter top oven/grill, an electric frying pan, Air fryer, toaster and a slow cooker for use. Plus a fridge with small freezer section. There is a Queen size double bed in the bedroom with a built in wardrobe and sofa bed in the lounge area offers a separate sleeping areas or space for a 3rd guest. A heat pump offers heating and cooling in the unit and a new 40'' TV provides wireless internet with Netflix and You tube facilities for entertainment during your stay. WIFI is rural so sometimes slow & intermittent. Sofa bed king single size also have a single mattress for use can be used in the unit -restricted space if in the bedroom. BBQ available on request. Other things to note These nightly rates include all Linen and Bathroom towels- just bring your beach towels. Third adult - supplement applies to rentals at $30 per night supplement Minimum of 2 night stays from 1st Dec throughout the year. A small cleaning fee does apply to all bookings, but we ask guests to leave the property as they found it with all washing up done and put away, bins emptied, and linen stripped and left with the towels.
