Middleton Sands is a spacious holiday home located just a short walk from Middleton Beach. Bring your binoculars for a view of the whales in winter. One of the best views of the coast, stretching from Goolwa to Victor Harbor. The house is fully equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing beach holiday. The beach is a short 5 min walk away. A large deck area provides a lovely outdoor entertaining space. A pool table and 2 separate entertaining areas means there is room for everyone. The space We provide all linen, just bring your beach towels and you are ready to start your holiday the moment you open the front door. There is a gas BBQ for guests to use and a large garden for the kids to run around in. An outdoor shower is a convenient way to rinse off sand and salt after a day at the beach. A range of board games and books are available for guests to use. Wifi is included and the two TV's are compatible with streaming services. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and garden. Other things to note Please note that Bedroom 3 has 2 King Single Beds and access is through Bedroom 2. This is an ideal room for small children to be near parents or friends that are happy to share. There is a door that separates the spaces providing privacy.
