The space The apartment is newly furnished and offers a really great place to stay in Zurich thanks to the upscale furnishings! Practical design: The studio offers a well thought-out layout with a cozy sleeping and working corner, a small dining area and a compact, fully equipped kitchenette. Perfect location: Right next to the forest with great hiking trails and horseback riding opportunities – ideal for nature lovers. Horses and an idyllic setting offer a quiet atmosphere to unwind. Quick and easy access to the center by public transport. You can also easily hike or cycle to the city center! Modern amenities: Large flat-screen TV with all programs, free top-speed Wi-Fi for productive work or streaming. A comfortable bed for relaxing nights. A practical kitchenette with stove, fridge, coffee maker and everything you need for meals. Guest access Only you will be in the apartment and you can use everything alone. The laundry room is on the same corridor and can be used with a card (which is in the apartment at check-in). There is a dryer and washing machine. The card usually still has a small credit, but must then be recharged at the caretaker (office next to the main entrance). The caretaker is not there on weekends and has certain opening hours on weekdays, which are posted at his office. Other things to note When the apartment is handed over, 1 garbage bag (Züri bag) is in the kitchen trash can. The so-called Züri bags can be bought at all supermarkets. It would be nice if you took your garbage away on the day you move out. The Züri bags must be placed behind the house in the container provided for this purpose! Parking is available in the surrounding area in the so-called blue zone (more details on the website of the city of Zurich under Blue Zone) for CHF 15 per day.
