Please note the apartment is on the third floor of the apartment block and there is no lift. The space Quiet, comfortable, well appointed 29 sqm studio apartment located in a New York style apartment block. Light filled with high ceilings and storage for luggage, the studio has been thoughtfully appointed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The studio includes a small kitchen fully equipped with everything you might need to cook a meal and a stovetop Italian coffee percolator. The living area includes a lounge, 32" TV, DVD player, radio/music system with iPod dock and a very comfortable bed! Please note the apartment is on the third floor of the apartment block and there is no lift. Guest access The apartment is on the third (top) floor, accessed by stairs but no lift. There is an internal laundry in the building and a proposed external one beside the front door. The internal laundry is in the basement, is cheap ($2) and easy to use with industrial size washers and dryers. There is no allocated parking spot. Other things to note SAFETY: There are front and rear fire escape stairs, and fire doors. There is a fire blanket in the kitchen.
