ENTIRE APARTMENT - Immersed in a private garden in the heart of Europe district, a 3-minute walk from the METRO Laurentina station, 9 stops from the COLISEUM, a 10-minute walk from the LA NUVOLA Congress Centre, ours is a small apartment located in a quiet condominium in one of the most residential areas of Rome. The space In the heart of the Eur district, a 5-minute walk from the nearest Laurentina Metro station, ours is a small apartment in one of Rome's most residential areas. Renovated by myself and my husband during lockdown, it is the result of the creative reuse of furniture that belonged to us in our lives before we got together and has been organized to best accommodate those who enter this space. The interior consists of a large room that can be divided from the sleeping area by a sliding wall, a work area, sofa, TV with Chromecast, table, and kitchenette with dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, and moka pot. The kitchen is equipped for two people, including wine glasses. The refrigerator also has a freezer. The sleeping area is separate from the main room and is a single space with a walk-in closet consisting of a stand and two dressers with space for storing suitcases. There is a trunk with spare blankets. The spacious bathroom is illuminated in the afternoon by light filtering through the opaque glass-concrete wall overlooking the bedroom, which does not allow anything to show through. Equipped with two hot/cold air conditioners and four infrared radiator panels, the apartment is well heated in winter and cool in summer. It is essential to respect the silence from 2pm to 4pm and from 11pm to 8am. The garden is a private space but shared with the owners who can enter both for maintenance and for other reasons as it is also accessible for the laboratory on the upper floor. It is mandatory to sign a contract regulating short-term, non-commercial rentals. There is a security camera in the garden. The tourist rental does not offer additional services, no cleaning will be carried out during the stay or linen will be changed. In case of long periods we will agree on how to organize ourselves. The area is quiet and in 5 minutes on foot you can reach the area served by supermarkets, shops and restaurants. In the same street it is possible to have breakfast at the nearby Lilio bar or eat at the Stile Osteria restaurant, much appreciated. The Laurentina Metro stop can be reached by going down the steps that are located right in front of the gate exit across the street. In the surroundings it is possible to visit several sacred places and it is possible to go hiking in the nearby Via Appia Antica. Other things to note TOURIST LOCATION: unlike the BnB or the Holiday Home, the tourist accommodation provides the necessary linen (sheets, blankets, complete set of towels) and initial cleaning, considering that with the private garden cleaning is necessary at least in the external part of the apartment (and maintenance it's a great job!). Tourist rental is a form of non-entrepreneurial rental that does not allow the owner to provide additional services (breakfast, change of sheets, extra cleaning) or services.
