Beautiful apartment with fantastic views to the sea and to the marina of Morro Jable. Located in a quiet complex, but close to the beach, the village and all amenities. The beach is within a 10 minute walk, as well as restaurants, pharmacies and shops. From any of the two terraces you can enjoy wonderful sunsets. The space The apartment is located in the village of Morro Jable, in the south of Fuerteventura, in a quiet area on the way to the marina. The apartment has two floors, in the lower one is the kitchen, a toilet, and the living room, as well as a large and wonderful terrace with garden where you can enjoy views of the sea and the marina. On the terrace you can enjoy all year round the wonderful weather of the island, whether sunbathing in the sunbeds in the garden, or having lunch or dinner at the outdoor table. The living room is equipped with two comfortable sofas and television with satellite connection to international channels as well as the usual channels of the Spanish TDT. If you prefer it is also possible to eat at the table inside. The kitchen has a fridge, ceramic hob and microwave as well as everything you need for cooking. On the ground floor there is also a laundry room with a washing machine and a line to hang on your clothes. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms and a nice bathroom with a shower. The small bedroom has two comfortable single beds and a built-in wardrobe. The large bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and a small table ideal for working with the laptop or checking the email. The room has air conditioning for the hottest days. This bedroom gives access to another very pleasant terrace with fantastic sea views, it is equipped with a table and a couple of chairs, and it is ideal for enjoying a drink while watching the sunset. The apartment is very bright, fully equipped and tastefully decorated to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Guest access For extra cleaning during your stay, this is priced at 12 € per hour.
