The place is a resort type low rise condominium where guests can relax and accessible to get around the city The space Located at the 2/F facing the basketball court, accessible to the pool, clubhouse and accessible to children’s playground. There is a Robinson's supermarket just across the street. Accessible to church and malls. The place has privacy and a quiet place to stay, good for relaxation and bonding with family. All rooms and living are are equipped with ACU. Bathroom installed with glass enclosure and hot shower facility. Guest access use of pool, gym, clubhouse, basketball court and children’s playground During your stay I can offer assistance if needed. I can offer bookings if they need private service/vehicle to go around the city. Other things to note 1. Please no wearing of shoes inside the house. 2. Throw all wastes and garbage everyday at the designated area in the parking basement of the building. 3. Mineral water (in packaging of 5 li/gal) is being provided for the guests. 4. No Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Terrace or outside veranda may be used for smoking but no littering of cigarette butts please, kindly place on the trash bin. 5. Only booked visitors are allowed to in & out of the property. Guests of the booked visitors are subject for approval. It is required to submit complete details of the visitors for reference and authorization. 6. Kindly inform the the Host 1 day in advance if there will be changes in the schedule of checkout.
