The "Leonardo da Vinci" Loft represents the top of the ways in which guests can stay at Villa Matildis. The guest stays in a villa suitable for a boutique hotel and obtained from the recent renovation of a cottage built in the first half of the nineteenth century that combines the ancient and the modern. The villa overlooks the Emilian countryside, is organized with the formula of the Room and Breakfast and is characterized by rustic rooms furnished with refined elegance. The space The space of the "Leonardo da Vinci" Loft The Loft "Leonardo da Vinci" is a luxury self-contained apartment of 125 square meters finely furnished with refined and prestigious furniture, located on the second floor of Villa Matildis. It features a large 30m2 bedroom where there is a splendid double bed, a two-seater sofa bed, a majestic fireplace. The bedroom leads to a spectacular mezzanine equipped as a hall and furnished with high quality furniture. The Loft has a majestic sloping ceiling with a height varying between 3 and 5 meters finished with beams and beams of oil-treated solid oak and with old terracotta tiles with facing finish. The Loft is also equipped with two exclusive bathrooms, finely finished, equipped with all sanitary fixtures and a shower with crystal box. The two bathrooms are located one on the bedroom floor and one on the mezzanine floor. Finally, the loft also has a splendid kitchen equipped with every need. The plant equipment is complete: heating system, cooling system, TV system and wi-fi system. Cleaning and rearrangement of the loft are carried out daily. Guest access All the rooms and the Loft of Villa Matildis also enjoy common spaces dedicated to guests for their socialization, for reading and relaxing, for television viewing together with other guests and for being able to relax with card games, checkers, chess and board games put to them layout. There are numerous common areas that guests can use: 1- Reception of 25 sqm. It is dedicated to welcoming guests. 2- Living room of 60 sqm. The characteristic living room is reserved for guests for the consumption of breakfast in the seasons with untempered climate, for their socialization, for reading, for television viewing and for leisure. 3- Front porch of 80 sqm Villa Matildis has a large front porch adjacent to the living room and overlooking the garden of the villa. The porch is equipped with valuable chairs and tables and is equipped with large mechanized curtains for protection from the sun on the hottest days. Here breakfast is served on days with mild weather and the area is dedicated to the leisure and relaxation of guests. 4- Garden of 600 sqm Villa Matildis has a welcoming garden characterized by a well-kept lawn, with flowers, shrubs and plants of different essences and colors. The garden is equipped with chairs and some sun beds made available to guests free of charge. 5- Private parking of 200 square meters The Villa is completely fenced and in the courtyard area behind it there is an area intended for parking for guests' vehicles. (subject to availability). On the municipal road on which the villa overlooks, there is always the possibility to park for free. Other things to note Breakfast. All Villa’s Matildis rooms can take advantage of the breakfast service. The breakfast is of the international type with fresh local sweet and savory products, with seasonal fruit and hot and cold drinks. Depending on the climate, breakfast is consumed in the characteristic rustic and elegant 60 sqm living room reserved for guests or outdoors in the adjacent splendid 80 sqm protected porch overlooking the Villa’s Matildis garden. The breakfast is very abundant and varied and is rich in typical local products such as the "tigelle" and the numerous cold cuts of the area. The breakfast service is self-service with table service for hot drinks. Breakfast, available and optional, is not included in the price of the room or accommodation and is subject to a fee.
