Malmøya is about 4 km from Oslo City Center. A unique island consisting of lush forest, and parts of the island are nature reserves. There is a bridge to the mainland and it takes about 10 minutes by car and 25 minutes by bike to Oslo city center. Outdoor areas and immediate access to hiking trails around the island and small pearls of beaches. Approx. 500 m walking distance to bus and grocery store. The house is on three floors and part of a semi-detached house located in a quiet and family-friendly residential area. The space The first floor consists of 4 bedrooms, laundry/shower and a toilet. Exit to the outdoor area. The second floor has an entrance, toilet, living room with open kitchen solution. Exit to outdoor area and balcony. The third floor has a study and a guest room/playroom with a small balcony, TV, DVD, x-box and Airhockey. Please note that there are private items stored in sheds and attics that we do not want to be touched. Outside there are three furnished patios with sun from early morning to late night, and amazing views from 2 of the patios.
