La Petite Maison Bleue, 3-star furnished tourist accommodation

We welcome you to our family home, labeled 3-star tourist accommodation, in the heart of Poitou. Ideally located between Vienne and Deux-Sèvres, you can easily access the various tourist sites of the region: Le Futuroscope, the Marais Poitevin, Le Puy Du Fou, Parthenay (medieval town with multiple festivals), Poitiers, Saint-Loup Sur Thouet... You will find documentation in the house's welcome booklet, depending on your interests. The space The house is completely independent, with an enclosed garden, a barbecue (charcoal not included) and a nice covered terrace facing south, equipped with garden furniture. You will find all the necessary comfort inside the house: spacious kitchen, equipped with dishes, induction hob, rotating heat oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pressure cooker, mini electric chopper to prepare baby meals. A large living room will allow you to relax while watching TV, reading or playing board games with the family. For your rest, you will enjoy 3 bedrooms: one on the ground floor (king size bed: 160 cm), two upstairs (the first with a 140 cm bed, the second with 2 90 cm beds (can be pushed together) and a 140 cm sofa bed). Finally, you will have a shower room as well as a bathroom and two toilets. You will park your vehicle in a private parking lot. Cleaning products and linen (kitchen towels) are provided. The house must be returned clean. Optional sheets and towels, on request (€10/pers). A crib and high chair on request. Check-in: from 4 p.m. (late check-in possible). Check out: 10 a.m. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Guest access The entire house is accessible (except the boiler room). Other things to note As a classified tourist accommodation, we can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. The reservation will be canceled if there are more than 8 people, including children. No pets are allowed.
