La Petite Maison Bleue, 3-star furnished tourist accommodation

We welcome you to our family home, labeled 3-star tourist accommodation, in the heart of Poitou. Ideally located between Vienne and Deux-Sèvres, you can easily access the various tourist sites of the region: Le Futuroscope, the Marais Poitevin, Le Puy Du Fou, Parthenay (medieval town with multiple festivals), Poitiers, Saint-Loup Sur Thouet... You will find documentation in the house's welcome booklet, depending on your interests. The space The house is completely independent, with an enclosed garden, a barbecue (charcoal not included) and a lovely south-facing covered terrace, equipped with garden furniture. You will find all the necessary comforts inside the house: a spacious kitchen equipped with dishes, an induction cooktop, a convection oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a pressure cooker, and a mini electric chopper for preparing baby food. A large living room will allow you to relax while watching TV, reading, or playing board games with the family. For your rest, you will have 3 bedrooms: one on the ground floor (king-size bed: 160 cm), two upstairs (the first with a 140 cm bed, the second with 2 90 cm beds (which can be pushed together) and a 140 cm sofa bed). Finally, you will have a shower room as well as a bathroom and two toilets. You can park your vehicle in a private parking area. Cleaning products and linens (kitchen towels) are provided. The house should be returned clean. Sheets and towels optional, on request (€12/person). A crib and high chair can be provided on request. Check-in: anytime after 4:00 p.m. (late check-in possible). Check-out: 10am. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Guest access The entire house is accessible (except the boiler room). Other things to note As listed furnished tourist accommodation, we can accommodate up to 8 people. The reservation will be canceled if there are more than 8 people, including children. No smoking allowed. No pets are allowed. Parties are not allowed.
