The space This beautiful open plan home offers a feeling of space and tranquility with a neatly taken care of little garden. Patio doors open up to the outside entertainment area. The villa has two stories and an enclosed backyard. The ground floor includes an open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge as well as the third bedroom and a guest toilet. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Two main bedrooms are upstairs. Smart TV with Netflix, DSTV live channels and Showmax is available for your entertainment. Fast fiber wi-fi is available, also during power outages for 2 hours. One plate gas stove available for cooking and boiling water during loadshedding. Guest access The entire house is open to the guests for their enjoyment. Other things to note The security system has armed response. To feel safer, you can arm the outside beams at night while in bedrooms. Response times within 5 minutes. Please treat furniture and decor within the house with care and respect. We love beautiful things and would like our house to remain that way. Please do not smoke inside the home. LOCK home and arm alarm at all times when leaving the house and on departure!
