The house can be reached via a separate entrance to a closed courtyard. Centrally located, 5 minutes to the center or the train station. Restaurants and shopping facilities are very close. Spacious lounge with kitchen and dining area. Bathroom with shower and window. Modernly furnished living room with a double bed, on which two people can sleep in addition to the three beds in the maisonette. The sleeping area is upstairs with a double bed and a single bed. Access is via a room staircase. You have a fantastic view here through the complete glazing of the gable side. From the bedroom, go to the outdoor terrace. There you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. In the garden area you will find an idyllic lawn. You can park the car in the parking lot opposite. Your bikes have a shelter on the property. Children and adolescents up to 16 years of age do not need to pay a tourist tax. With the guest card you can ride the bus for free throughout the Harz district.
