Within 30 minutes to beautiful beaches, lush rainforests and lovely wineries. The Stockland Mall is a 5 minute drive and includes restaurants and cinemas. The space You have separate access into the house with a park and pond across the road which makes your surroundings very enjoyable. The estate has lovely wide walking and bike tracks if you're up for that early morning exercise. We're close to many local attractions and the vibrant city life of Maitland during different festivals. A great place to stay if attending concerts in the vineyards, visiting the historic town of Morpeth (only 10 minutes away) as well as many other places with local restaurants and trendy coffee shops. Newcastle beaches are among the best in NSW and only a short drive, as are our beautiful rainforests and vineyards. A great place for a weekend escape or a quite home away from home if working in the area.
