Your room is located on Bangur Avenue and is an easy one to find. The room is air-conditioned and is a part of a 4 bedroom apartment. The room comes with an attached bathroom and a private dresser. You will have to arrange for your own food during your stay here. There are multiple options to choose from and order in in this area! We look forward to seeing you. The space -- Reaching us -- The apartment is located at C Block in Bangur. It is just off VIP road and is right next to the Dominoes restaurant located on Bangur Road. You have access to a car parking space as soon as you enter the building as the entire property is owned by us -- The House -- The Apartment is on the first floor and comes with 2 rooms along with a spacious, airy and high wall living area. The building has no lift facility. There is a dining area with the living room which is also at your disposal. -- The Room -- The room come with an AC, TV and an attached toilet. The room has a work station, a comfortable bed for two people and a walk in closet. -- The living/dining area -- Is entirely for you to use. Please make sure the collectibles and belongings in the living dining area are left intact. The kitchen is not available for use. -- Food and Breakfast -- We eat breakfast every morning and would love to cook breakfast for you everyday. lunch n dinner can be provided on a chargeable basis. -- Housekeeping & Cleanliness -- We shall arrange for your rooms and bathrooms to be cleaned and moped on a daily basis. Fresh linens shall be provided every 3rd day -- Other Amenities on a chargeable basis -- 1. Laundry service provided at an extra cost 2. Additional guest over 2 guests are charged. Guest access You would have access to 1 bedroom with TV and AC, an attached washrooms, a drawing cum dining hall during your entire stay. Guests are not allowed to use the kitchen. The building does not have the facilities of a lift. You can also access the terrace area of the building with prior permission. During your stay We are available always during your stay to assist you in all possible ways to make your stay a pleasant one. We also offer you help for any issues you are facing. Other things to note Its a absolutely posh residential area wherein you would get complete peace of mind during your stay. Its a silent, clean and peaceful neighbourhood located parallel to the main road. You will find many eateries in the vicinity and popular localities like Salt Lake and Ultadanga are at a 10 minute drive from my house.
