In a "burg" house in the heart of a village on the banks of the Loire. These 2 adjoining rooms, located on the ground floor, open onto a very pretty shaded and secure garden for small children. The garden is pleasantly arranged for your meals and relaxation. The house benefits from all the local shops as well as restaurants. Paris-Nantes TGV station is a 5-minute walk. The village has a natural pool on its south bank that is supervised during the summer. G The space In this fully renovated house with 5 bedrooms, you can enjoy a living-dining room equipped with a very large TV screen and several dining areas to enhance your privacy. The 2 kitchens are fully equipped for preparing breakfasts (coffee maker – kettle – Senseo – coffee – tea – hot chocolate – milk – jam – honey – yogurts – fruit juice – bread rolls). Bread and pastries can be purchased at the bakery 20 m away. The garden is decorated with various small garden furniture to ensure your tranquility. 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are at your disposal. Independent access to the house and garage by bike via a keypad. Guest access Self-contained access to the house and garage by bike via a keypad. Your suite contains two bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. You will also have access to all the common areas mentioned above and the garden as a whole. During your stay I don't live there, but I'm available within the hour by text. Other things to note All beds will be made upon your arrival. Bath towels are provided. All laundry will be provided by us on the day you leave. Cleaning is included in the rental price. It is done between each tenant or once a week on Saturday mornings if you stay a week. Everything will be available in the kitchen so you can make your breakfast. If you want pastries, the bakery is 20 m from the house. Registration details 2020-01
