Throughout the place, you will notice modern touches softened by natural color palette and simplistic decor to liven up the space. The amenities provided were designed to cater to the needs of both short term and long term guests who desire the comforts of home away from home. The guests has the whole condo unit for themselves and have access to the pool. For our guests safety, there’s a 24/7 security personnel on duty to check who goes in and out of the condo building. The condo unit is at the 2nd floor North Tower of the Amaia Steps Capitol Central and is just across the newly built Ayala mall where guests can shop, dine, buy groceries and watch movies. It is also close to other malls (like the SM City and Robinson’s Place), schools/universities, banks, hospitals, restaurants, churches and the Bacolod-Silay International airport. The Capitol Lagoon which is a favorite local destination to jog or stroll is just a stone’s throw away from the condo. Popular tourist destinations like the Ruins, Campuestohan Highland Resort, Balay Negrense, the Angry Christ Church and Lakawon Island Resorts and Spa are just a few minutes or few hours away. Scrumptious seafood is also nearby at Aboy’s restaurant. Delectable cakes and pastries can be had at Calea Patries and Coffee. Have a trip to Bongbong’s before you leave and take home some local delicacies like the famous and delicious piyaya, barquillos, butterscotch, etc. The condo unit is accessible to jeepneys and taxis. For a faster way of getting to your destination, we recommend using the “Grab” taxi service. You can reserve through the "Grab" app downloaded to your phone. The condo offers a free parking to guests who temporarily rents the condo owner's place. But the parking space is limited and on a first come first served basis.
