Stone house – Jacuzzi – Near Pont du Gard

You can relax in a friendly and pleasant place to stay, less than 10 minutes from the Pont du Gard, 20 minutes from Avignon, Nîmes and Uzés. Ground floor: courtyard overlooking the jacuzzi area, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and bedroom. The jacuzzi is in a separate room covered and open to the courtyard. 1st floor: living room area with TV overlooking an adult bedroom (queen size bed) with mezzanine, a children's bedroom and a bathroom and toilet. 2nd floor: adult bedroom with double bed (140 x 190). Bed linen and towels are available and included in the price. The tenant undertakes to return the premises in the same condition as on the day of arrival. Guest access You access the house through a private courtyard. The Jacuzzi, roof terrace and courtyard are for your exclusive use. Parking is available in front of the house 3 meters from the entrance gate. Motorcyclists will be able to bring their motorcycles into the courtyard. Other things to note We take care to ensure that the house is as welcoming as possible for a memorable stay. We also expect our guests to respect the premises and leave the house tidy, in the same clean condition as when they arrived, with the garbage cans emptied and the sheets removed from the beds! You will appreciate the proximity of the bakery which is just steps away from the house! The cleaning fee covers (in addition to the additional cleaning carried out before each arrival) laundry (sheets, towels, tea towels...), the supply of "essentials" (household products, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo...) Regarding the environment: The region offers great opportunities for sightseeing, not far from the Camargue and its beaches, Lozère, Drôme Provençale, and Luberon. Please note: the church is silent at night but rings every hour from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
