BGC Sleek Black & Wood Corner Studio

Welcome to my place. AVANT AT THE FORT is on 3rd Avenue corner 26th Street, one of the busiest junctions in Bonifacio Global City. I like anything wood and black. Thought I should design a unit with these two elements together. It's a 37-sqm (398 sq ft) corner studio unit that has intricate wood details. It has a stunning 90-degree view of BGC, and the building’s pool area & lush garden - making it a balance of urban and green spaces. The space Right smack in Bonifacio Global City, a financial and lifestyle district about 8 kilometers from the airport, AVANT AT THE FORT BGC is designed to be near your business meetings, but close enough to restaurants, shopping malls and hang-out places for some work-life balance. The building has top-notch amenities - including a swimming pool, spacious lobby, gym and sky deck. If you're too lazy to go out, my place has a 43-inch smart TV with easy Netflix access and a 20-mbps internet for you to stay connected. Use the microwave oven to heat your food. You can prepare your own meal in the kitchen equipped with utensils, cooking wares, a built-in induction stove and a refrigerator.
