I have had a few hiccups in the last few months with a pool. I just want to assure everything is fine It is sparkly clean for your pleasure! my place is close to Snap Dragon Stadium and quick access to freeways. u will love my place because of the open spacicous floor plan, 15x30 above ground pool, pool table, ping pong, hot tub along with a large outdoor area for entertaining. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) No events or parties allowed. The space **** I built a studio in the garage area that is not included with the house rental. There is a door in the front driveway for the studio. There is absolutely no common areas. The parking, laundry room and front parking are strictly for the house guests not for the studio.**** You will have complete privacy. There are 4 bedrooms. One king bed , The master has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a queen and a full size bed and 4th bedroom has a queen. There is a walk in closet ( its cute! kids love it) that has a futon in there with a tv. There is a futon in the game room, a single floor mattress in the master closet along with air mattresses.
