Our place is located in an up an coming historic neighborhood. This house was built in 1910 with lots of charming details of the era and modern comforts of today. The space is brighten by lots of natural light from the windows through out perfect for working from home, studying or just enjoying a calm environment. Conveniently located near downtown and Walking distance to UF Health perfect for medical students ***RESERVATIONS MADE BY LOCALS WILL BE REVIEWED AND NOT ALWAYS ACCEPTED **** The space Conveniently located to interstate I 95 and I 10. 15 minutes to the airport or $ Uber ride. Hosted lots of Med students in the past. Only 5 minute walk to UF Health and 5 minutes by car to downtown, theaters, sports complexes and concert venues Guest access Guests have access to all the amenities in the house. We want you to feel at home. During your stay I’m aways available by phone or text. I’m of social nature, but I’m also very busy. If time allows I like to share stories and travel experiences. Other things to note As we are in a up and coming neighborhood. You may hear construction going on at times. Single pane windows are charming but not great for keeping city sounds out. Pretty safe neighborhood despite past reputation. People are friendly and always helpful
