House with large terrace

We rent a nice house (up to 4 persons) with large terrace and far 100mt from the beach. The house is in Pomonte, a nice hamlet on the sunny west coast of the Isola d'Elba. The space The house has a large and bright double bedroom (with 2 windows and possibility of additional single bed), kitchen-living room with sofa bed (double / 2 twin beds) and TV, bathroom with shower. Each room is equipped with mosquito nets and kitchen is fully equipped. The property includes a large terrace overlooking the sea (with a covered shed, barbecue, table and chairs, deck chairs, umbrellas and outdoor shower) closed by gate, accessible from our pets, washing machine and private parking. Other things to note The house is located near the square in Pomonte, a country that offers every service within easy walking distance: grocers, butchers, bakery, pastry / ice-cream parlor, bars, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy, bank and post office. Along the main road you will reach also a drinking water spring "Fonte Fresca", healthy and free. A few steps from the villa is the beach of small gravels (partly equipped) in front of the "Scoglio dell'Ogliera" famous for the wreck of the 'Elviscot, another small beach gravels (free) and the cliff "of smooth and coti "that give simple mask and snorkel with the possibility of diving suggestive.
