The entire house and property is yours for your stay. A funky, light filled, cosy atmosphere, so close to the river, town, bike trails and bush walks there's no need for a car. A wonderful place to stay in all seasons, the colours of Autumn, the river in Summer, the garden in Spring and the snow is only 20mins drive away in Winter. The space Our COVID-19 related response: Please be assured we take this current COVID-19 challenge very seriously and are doing our best to be responsible hosts to provide a safe and clean environment. All our linen and towels receive a hot wash and pillow cases are given a steam iron. Timber floors are treated with a heat steam clean. All usable surfaces such as table and bench tops are disinfected, as too are window, door and fridge handles, light switches and chairs and sofa arms. Soft furnishings are sprayed with disinfectant. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us. The house has been appreciated consistently by guests for it's peaceful and uncluttered nature. The serenity, afforded by the feel of the house and garden warrants the cost. Fresh linen on beds, as well as towels. Warburton is nestled in a stunningly beautiful environment. A little town that the husltle and bustle of mainstream seems to have missed. Very special in this regard alone. Guest access The whole house is yours for the time you're there, no sharing with the host or other guests. You are welcome to access all condiments and food in the cupboard, making your stay so much easier. Tea, coffee, and milk are provided. There is a carport, and two decks for dining. An easy stroll to the river and town. A river beach for swimming only minutes away. Other things to note There is an abundance of fire wood in winter, and in summer air-conditioning in one bedroom and the lounge. Yet, the river is literally a stroll away, and ever so inviting in summer months. Gorgeous garden deck for entertaining, as well as the L shaped balcony.
