Manor Farm is a large, family home set in about 3 acres of mature, well kept garden. The house is centred round the large kitchen dining area with aga, wood burning stove and heated flagstone floor making for a spacious yet cosy hub. The space There is a family sitting room with log burning stove and a drawing room where you can sit in front of the open fire away from the television! 2 main double bedrooms overlooking the formal front garden both have en-suite bathrooms with bath and showers. 2 more double bedroom share a bathroom and shower room with the 2 attic bedrooms. Outside is a formal knot garden at the front of the house, heated summer swimming pool, table tennis and changing room with a sauna to the west and bbq terrace and orchard with a small fish pond to the east. On the North of the house is a working livery yard with its own separate drive, stables and a ménage. There is a cottage which is divided and has tenants. These properties have windows facing the front lawn but they have no view onto the pool area or the bbq terrace. The larger property has its own parking while the smaller parks 1 car in the main driveway. Guest access Guests are encouraged to use, love and respect the entire house as their own. There will be one office room locked on the ground floor but the rest of the house is fully accessible. The rooms will all contain personal belongings but will have some hanging and draw space available. Other things to note There is a working livery North of the house. Horses and their owners use the ménage and fields and the route between them must be kept clear but they do not have view into the garden or pool area.
