Port Elliot Lakala Cottage

A cute little (early 1900s) two bedroom cottage that is less than 10 minutes walk to everything Port Elliot has to offer - the Strand, the beach, bakery, 2 hotels and Lakala Reserve. Inverter air-conditioners keep the four main rooms cool in summer and warm in winter - or use the ceiling fans if you prefer! Little extras included - long-life milk, condiments including coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper, oil & a range of spices. Warm throw rugs for the winter. A comfortable budget option. Other things to note If you can please put any wet towels/tea towels etc in the washing basket. Just leave sheets on the bed - the cleaner will take care of those! Dishes to be done & put away, bbq and oven clean, and rubbish in the outside bins - appreciate your help with this! House key goes back in the lock box when you leave. Thank you!
