House with large garden on the Ilmradweg

Sunny 900 m² property offers plenty of space to relax and unwind as well as enough space and toys for children to romp around (playhouse, trampoline, climbing track, large swing, sandbox, etc.)! In summer, our pool (3 m diameter) is in the garden. The Ilmradweg [Ilm cycle path] is right next door - by bike to the center in just 10-15 minutes! Please note: We have two cats, so we cannot welcome guests with animals. The space We live in a small semi-detached house (85 m²). Our large 900 m² sunny garden offers enough space to relax and unwind – the children with various play accessories and cats are not neglected. By the way, from the garden you have a beautiful view of Belvedere Palace. On the ground floor there is a kitchen-living room (with sofa bed), a bathroom and a toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms available. In the children's room, a mattress can be added in addition to the double bed for sleeping. The sleeping floor is low (1 m ceiling height), but very cozy. The extendable stairs to the sleeping floor are steep and not necessarily suitable for young children. Mobility: By car, you are within 5 minutes of the center! And if you like it sporty, you can also ride your bikes through the Ilm Park to the city (10-15 minutes). The bike path starts just below the street! Otherwise, the nearest stop from the city bus is 300 m away. Shopping opportunities: Nearby (approx. 5 minutes on foot) there is a supermarket with a butcher and a baker. Animals: As you can see in the photos, we have cats. The cats come into the house through a cat flap. They are happy about petting and daily food. Weimar: Weimar is really worth a visit! Castles, parks, museums, monuments - the list of things to see in Weimar is lushly long. The charm of Weimar is determined by its parks and gardens. In addition, there are the castles in Belvedere, Tiefurt and Ettersburg. In addition, cultural highlights such as concerts, theater, dance, festivals and large exhibitions are always packed throughout the year!
