Original Port Gaverne Cellar (40yds to beach)
Original Port Gaverne Cellar (40yds to beach)
Description
Welcome to our home from home. We come here as often as we can to get outdoors, splash in the sea, or sit in the pub and play games with the kids. Please make yourself comfortable and help yourself reasonably to anything you may need to use, i.e. toys, games, water sports equipment - Stand up Paddleboards. Parking for 2 family sized cars. (It’s tight but it works) The house is pet and human friendly. We truly hope you’ll enjoy your stay in Port Gaverne (Port Issac) North Cornwall. The space Honey Cellars is one of the original 'Pilchard Palaces' built 200 years ago to process and package sardines - the fishing industry which gave rise to Port Isaac and Port Gaverne on the North Cornwall coast. The house retains most of its original construction. Its an open-plan, secluded home with garden and parking for two family sized cars (there are other parking options which we can advise you on). Its cosy enough for just two people but large enough for two families to share with lots of space for all of you to get round the table and play games. The Port Gaverne Pub is at the end of the road, Pilchards Restaurant (our favourite) is next door as is Cornish Rock Tors if you want to get active. P.S. the cross is by Brighton based artist Andy Doig...but doesn’t have particular religious significance for us. It’s just nice to look at. Thanks! Guest access You have exclusive private access to the whole property. Other things to note There is parking available for two family sized cars at the house.
