Self contained annex with open plan living, dining and kitchen area with stairs leading to bedroom with three single beds (with a WC and handwash basin upstairs). Separate double bedroom with shower wet room off. Washing machine and dishwasher. Shared use of large garden including seating. Private driveway behind electric gate. Within walking distance of Lannacombe and Hallsands beaches and the South West Coast Path. Guest access You will be able to use our garden but will be sharing it with us and our children. Other things to note Whilst our accommodation is suitable for a group of adults, the shower room is reached through the double bedroom. There is a wc and wash-hand basin off the upstairs bedroom. We have a travel cot (and bedding) and highchair available.
