Rent a villa with a semi-detached garden, just 100 meters from the sea, with up to 8/9 beds, located in Pomonte, a dream town nestled on the west coast of Elba Island. From October to May, we also rent for the GTE, the Great Elban Crossing. The space The accommodation, which is part of a semi-detached villa, is divided into three large double bedrooms (with the possibility of an additional single bed), a bathroom with a large shower, a fully equipped kitchen (with TV) with an adjoining terrace covered by a canopy. Each room is equipped with mosquito nets and (independent) heating for the winter months. The property includes a large barbecue area adjacent to the terrace, closed by a gate, usable by our animal friends, an outdoor shower, washing machine and large clothesline, a garden equipped with sun loungers and private parking. Other things to note The villa is located near the square of Pomonte, a town that enjoys every service easily accessible on foot: grocery store, butcher shop, 2 bakeries/pizzerias, pastry shop/ice cream parlor, 2 bars, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy, ATM and post office. Along the main street you can also reach a source of drinking spring water "la Fonte Fresca", healthy and free. 100m from the villa are the small gravel beach (partly equipped) in front of the "Scoglio dell'Ogliera" famous for the wreck of the Elviscot, another small gravel beach (free) and the cliff, which offer the possibility of suggestive dives with a simple mask and snorkel.
