The space The property offers a comfortable and cosy place to spend your family holidays or a couple’s getaway. With a wood-burning stove and dual aspect windows, the sitting room offers the ideal place to relax after a day of exploring. With three bedrooms on the first floor, the master bedroom features an en suite shower room. The kitchen with its large family dining table has double doors to the back garden and also a utility room. The large rear garden enjoys views of the nearby mountains so why not sit back and catch a sunset on the patio. The garden is enclosed so makes it the perfect place for the younger members of the family to play. There is off-street parking for 3 cars. The property is in a family-friendly development and is a three-minute walk to the village. Guest access You will have full and exclusive use of the property during your stay. We may need access to the rear of the property to put out bins on collection day or to cut grass during the summer months. Other things to note We are pet friendly but only allow one small non-shedding pet with prior consent. We also ask that pets are kept downstairs and are not allowed in the bedrooms or on furniture. No extra guests are allowed to stay overnight without adjusting the guest's numbers. We also ask that guests would be kind enough to remove dirty shoes while on the carpeted areas of the house. No hair straighteners are to be left on carpets. No tan is to be worn in beds. No parties and please be respectful of our lovely neighbours
