Private Cottage House One Mile from Downtown!

This guest suite is *one mile* from campus and downtown and located in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood! Here you will be walking distance to Kirkwood and steps away from a local coffee shop, restaurant, and 2 parks! The space is complete with ample natural lighting (+ custom blinds for privacy), premium features like heated floors, and privacy for guests to enjoy a quiet, relaxing stay steps away from Btown's best nestled into a quiet backyard (often with deer!). No idiots. The space The Cottage House is located above our garage at the end of our driveway. Guests can pull into the driveway to unload their cars and bring their items up the stairs to their private entrance. We have a safe with a key by the door for you to let yourselves in with a contact-less entry. Guest access On-street parking or park in the school parking lot (1 house away!) Other things to note Please note the space is set up for 2 but can accommodate 3 with an air mattress - it is close quarters if you choose that option! :)
