Just a few minutes from Beaune and its vineyards, you will be welcomed in a very charming former farmhouse, freshly renovated, on a 2000 m2 field with 7 cosy bedrooms, a private and heated swimming pool and a large covered patio. The ideal place for your family holidays or friends reunions ! The space The house is composed as follow: On the ground floor, you will find a vast living room with exposed stone wall, a full equiped kitchen with all comodities open on the dining room, one bedroom with a queensize bed, one shower room and an independant toilet. On the first floor, you will find 6 bedrooms with a cosy decoration : 3 of it are composed with 2 twin beds (90 each), 2 bedrooms are equiped with QueenSize beds, and the last one is a nice suite equiped with a queensize bed and its private shower room and toilet. You will also find upstairs a 3rd shower room and another independant toilet. Outside, you will enjoy the peacefull environnement, the private and heated swimming pool (9,6 x 4 meters) Heated from april to the end of october. You will also enjoy our large covered patio (100m2) equiped with a barbecue, a ping-pong table, a foosball and toys for the younger ones. The perfect place for family holidays and friends reunions ! You will be able to park your cars in the enclosed and private courtyard. Included are the costs of gaz central heating and electricity. Same for the set of sheets and bathroom linens, and the final cleaning. Full baby equipment will be provided on request: 2 highchairs, 2 folding beds, 1 baby bathtub, 1 changing table, baby bouncer ... 10 minutes driving from Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines, wellknown for its famous Hospices de Beaune registered at the UNESCO World Heritage Committe. Various activities and animations are provided all through the year: Cinema festival, Baroque musique, gardens ... Hiking and walk around the Beaune ramparts or Parc de la Bouzaise. Biking road on the "Route des Vignes", in the vineyard between Beaune and Santenay. You will also be able to discover the Route des Grands Cru, passing through the most famous vineyards like Pommard, Meursault, Volnay, Puligny Montrachet, Chassagne Montrachet ...
