Bear in mind that the building has no elevators, and the apartment's entrance on the second floor is accessed through a staircase. Other things to note The weather in Marbella is typically mild, and most of the year you will not need cooling or heating inside the apartment. In the summer, it usually suffices to leave the doors at both ends of the apartment open, and a nice breeze will blow through the flat. There is a central air conditioner for the 2nd level (living room and one bedroom), and a split AC for the main bedroom on the 3rd floor. Both have cold and heating modes.
