Our modern condo is part of a high-end private residence, offering optimal security and privacy with controlled access and vigilant guards. The condo boasts breathtaking panoramic views of Monaco’s bay and city, visible from every part of the home—including the terrace, garden, bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Large French windows fill the space with natural light, highlighting the stunning sea views. You are also just a five-minute walk from Monaco’s charming beaches and directly across from the famous Monte-Carlo Beach Hotel. The condo spans 100 m² (1,000 sq ft), with 70 m² (700 sq ft) of living space comprising one bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, an additional toilet, a kitchen, and a living room, plus a 30 m² (300 sq ft) terrace. Each French window features electric shutters for easy light and privacy control. The bedroom includes a firm queen-size bed with a plush topper, 100% cotton sheets, and hypoallergenic pillows, complemented by sea views.
