Spathies Apartments

We are a small family aprt hotel just 150m from a small sandy beach with turquise calm water. Our aprt are situated in an area of aprox 6.000m2. It is surrounded by olive trees, pine forest and a colorful garden .The Aprt-Hotel is consisted by 11 apartments that can accomodate up to 4 persons each. The hotel can accomodate in sum up to 40 persons. The space Ιn all the apartments there is a private bathroom, a small kitchen area where guests can prepare quick meals, a dining table and two balconies. All the aprts are equipped with air-conditioner and have mosquito nets in all the windows. Sheets and towels are provided by the Hotel and are being changed every three days. In the yard there is a barbeque area and a common kitchen which you can freely use and a dinning area for groups to eat all together. Guest access In the yard and just next to the playgroung , there is a common kitchen building that guests can freely use . This building is equipped with two electric ovens, gas equipment , a dish washer , a toaster , american and espresso coffee mashines and almost everything that is needed for preparing a meal. Also , just outside of the common kitchen building and next to the yard there is a barbeque area equipped with all the tools needed. So guests can prepare their breakfast and meals , while kids are playing in the yard and then enjoy eating at the area around the common kitchen building , where there are tables for everyone. It is ideal for families and large groups of friends to prepare and enjoy all together a meal.
