CIR 1O3O64OOO49 The space The apartment, about 70 square meters, is very bright and ventilated, totally renovated recently, newly furnished and equipped with every comfort, including a free Wi-Fi connection; it is not equipped with A/C as it is very ventilated, it is cool even in the hottest months. The apartment is composed as follows: Kitchen with hob, traditional oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. Guests can enjoy dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, toaster, espresso machine, coffee maker, blender and juicer. Living room with extendable table, a sofa and a 40-inch smart TV; in use by guests also two deck chairs and a coffee table with two chairs, which can be used on the balcony. Bedroom with wardrobe, double bed and bunk bed. Room with double bed and 32-inch TV with satellite connection. Bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and whirlpool shower. The development of the apartment on one level, together with the free availability of the cot, high chair and table seat, (to be reported at the time of booking), make the apartment particularly suitable for families with children. - A private uncovered parking is available on request in a courtyard in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation as well as a large free public parking 100 meters from the apartment. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment except for access to the attic connected by a spiral staircase at the entrance. Other things to note 1. Upon arrival, guests are requested a valid identity document or passport, for registration with the competent authorities. 5. Tourist tax: cash payment upon arrival: € 1.00 per person per day.
