Apartment located in the center of Stresa, just 10 meters from the pedestrian area, with beautiful panoramic views of the historic center, the lake and the surrounding mountains. The accommodation is located on the third and top floor of a historic building, it has an ELEVATOR. Once you arrive, you can enjoy a beautiful view from the bedroom, the living room and the balcony. CIR 1O3O64OOO49 The space The apartment, about 70 square meters, is very bright and airy, totally renovated recently, newly furnished and equipped with every comfort, including free wi-fi; it is not equipped with air conditioning as it is very airy and cool even in the warmer months. The apartment is composed as follows: Kitchen with stovetop, traditional oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. Dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, toaster, espresso machine, coffee maker, blender and juicer are available to guests. Living room with extendable table, sofa and 40-inch smart TV; guests can also use two deck chairs and a small table with two chairs on the balcony. Bedroom with wardrobe, double bed and bunk bed. Bedroom with double bed and 32-inch TV with satellite connection. Bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and shower. The development of the apartment on one floor, together with the free availability of the cot, high chair and table seat, (to be reported at the time of booking), make the apartment particularly suitable for families with children. Guest access Guests can make use of the entire apartment except for access to the attic connected by a spiral staircase in the entrance. Other things to note 1. Minimum stay based on the period. 2. Utilities, including heating, included. 3. Cleaning, including bed linen and towels, to be paid in cash upon arrival, €30 4. Upon request, private uncovered parking inside a courtyard in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, as well as a large free public parking lot 100 meters away. There is also the possibility of parking along the road to the station or in other nearby parking lots. 5. Upon arrival, guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID or passport for registration with the relevant authorities. 6. Accommodation tax, if not charged directly by the booking platform, is to be paid in cash upon arrival: €1.00 per person per day. Children under 6 years excluded 7. Check-in is strictly in person; it is mandatory to provide documents upon arrival for registration with the local authorities. Check-in time is between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.; check-out by 10:00 a.m. - For arrivals after 9:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m., there is a supplement of €30.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival. - For arrivals after 11:00 p.m., check-in is the next morning.
