Crowthorne at Bookham Court is a spacious barn conversion with large open plan sitting/dining area, set within an enclosed private garden. 4 ensuite bedrooms sleep 8 guests + cot & highchair. Downstairs bedroom with wetroom, suitable for the disabled. Free wi-fi /Smart TV. Dogs accepted (£30/dog payable to the owner on arrival). Glorious walks, wildlife, lake, farm and a games room at Bookham (a short walk from the cottage). The Jurassic coast and beach are within half an hour of the cottage. The space Ideal for family get togethers or a holiday with friends, Crowthorne is equipped to a high standard with range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier etc. A large open plan sitting/dining room has 3 large sofas, free Wi-fi and Smart TV. The downstairs twin bedroom has an ensuite shower/wetroom (suitable for the disabled guest). Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms: 2 king size beds, both with ensuite bathrooms, with a shower hose on the bath taps) and one twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room. The cottage has a large enclosed garden and patio with bbq and patio furniture. Use of a shared games room and lake at Bookham (about 1/3rd mile away) Guest access This is a holiday cottage so you have access to all of the house, including a large enclosed garden, ideal for children and dogs. Parking for 4 cars Other things to note Nicola will let you know the key box number and send directions before your arrival. Dogs are welcome but we do ask that you don't leave them unattended in the cottage (we charge £30 per dog, payable on arrival) The games rooms is a short walk from Crowthorne cottage, about a 1/3 of a mile walk up our quiet country lane at Bookham Court. Please leave the cottage as you found it. Please report any breakages, there may be a charge for any significant damage or breakages.
