Crowthorne / Rural family retreat with garden

Welcome to Crowthorne, Bookham Court . When you stay at our beautiful barn conversion in Thomas Hardy's Dorset, you will enjoy: - A spacious open plan sitting/dining room - Enclosed, private garden, ideal for children & dogs - 4 ensuite bedrooms including a ground floor wetroom - Glorious walks, wildlife, lake, games room (short walk) - Patio with furniture and BBQ - Jurassic coast and beaches within 30 minutes - Dogs welcome (payable on arrival) - Fibre broadband wi-fi The space Ideal for family get togethers or a holiday with friends, Crowthorne is equipped to a high standard with range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier etc. A large open plan sitting/dining room has 3 large sofas, fibre broadband Wi-fi and large Smart TV. The downstairs twin bedroom has an ensuite shower/wetroom (suitable for the disabled guest). Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms: 2 king size beds, both with ensuite bathrooms, with a shower hose on the bath taps) and one twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room. The cottage has a large enclosed garden and patio with bbq and patio furniture. Use of a shared games room and lake at Bookham (about 1/3rd mile away up our country lane). Dogs welcome (£30/dog payable to the owner on arrival) Enjoy glorious walks over Thomas Hardy's Blackmore vale and the Wessex Ridgeway. We are also only half an hour from the Jurassic coast and beaches Guest access Crowthorne cottage is for your sole use so you have access to all the house, including a large enclosed garden, ideal for children and dogs. There is a permanent ramp to the front door and a portable ramp at the back. Parking for 4 cars. Gravel car park with a paved path for unloading and access to the front door and the garden Other things to note Nicola will let you know the key box number and send directions before your arrival. Dogs are welcome but we do ask that you don't leave them unattended in the cottage (we charge £30 per dog, payable on arrival) The games room and lake are a short walk from Crowthorne cottage, about a 1/3 of a mile walk up our quiet country lane at Bookham Court. Please leave the cottage as you found it. Please report any breakages, there may be a charge for any significant damage or breakages.
