Villa Details -Fully Furnished Kitchen -Living room with LCD TV , -2 A/C bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms , comfortable with king-sized bed -Guest toilet -Private Swimming Pool -Terrace, large space for dining -Tropical garden corner -Ceiling fans, Wifi, Safe, TV + Cable, DVD **PLEASE READ PROPERLY** RATE INCLUDES: -Cleaning twice per week -Maintenance of Swimming Pool and Garden -Drinking water and water fees included -Towels and linens provided -Fiber WiFi, cable TV, and safe RATE EXCLUDES: The electricity fee is 6 THB per unit Crib and High Chair 1,900 baht per stay (by request) Extra Bed 2500 baht per stay (by request) BBQ Griller (By Request) HOUSE RULES : -Security Deposit: A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out. -Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa (FINE: 20,000 BAHT) CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: -Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am -Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht -Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht -Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.
