Double bedroom en-suite in Stoke Bishop

Light & spacious double bedroom with a very comfortable kingsize bed & en-suite bathroom in a quiet area of Bristol, with plenty of free parking & good transport links to the city centre and the M5. You'll share our non-smoking house with our friendly cats Coco & Daisy. We leave out a continental-style breakfast in the morning (short-term stays only) and you're welcome to prepare your own food in our kitchen. We welcome guests from all backgrounds and look forward to making you feel at home. The space The bedroom is on the first floor, accessed by a single flight of stairs. You'll have a nice view over Shirehampton Golf Course and the Bristol Channel. Guest access You'll have access to our kitchen and dining room, as well as the conservatory and the garden with large patio and comfortable garden furniture. You'll also be able to use our washing machine and tumble dryer if you're staying longer than 5 days. You will have your own fridge and store cupboard in the utility room. During your stay We are very happy to welcome you to our home and tell you everything you need to know. If you want to retire to your room and have a quiet evening we'll leave you in peace, but if you have any questions we're normally around to answer them. And if you fancy joining us on a nice evening on the patio, you're more than welcome to. Other things to note We have good wifi throughout the house so you will be able to use your own tablet or phone. The smart TV in the room doesn't have an aerial, so you'll only have access to Netflix, BBC iPlayer, ITV hub, All4 and Demand5. Long-term stays: We welcome people for long-term stays, but as you are sharing our house with us, we would like you to tell us a bit about yourself and why you're coming to stay before we accept a booking. Ideally, we would also like you to have at least one review, but we understand this isn't always possible so that's not a deal breaker. Remember that we don't see your profile photo until after the booking, so if you have an unusual name, do let us know if you're male or female, or non-binary if applicable. All are welcome, but we would just like to know. If there is a possibility of meeting you beforehand (either in person or on Zoom) that's even better, so do let us know if you're open to that. Also, we don't provide breakfast for long-term stays, and we expect you to keep the room clean yourself. It will be your private stay to use as if it was your home.
