Kiki apartment is situated in newly built stone house and is ready to accommodate guests for the first time. House has been constructed in accordance with heritage protection regulations. Located in Skaljari, with charming surrounding and nice neighborhood, it is still on walking distance from Kotor Old Town, public beach, bus stop, stores and bakeries. My family and I live right next door so we will be available for any assistance. Hope we get a chance to host you :-) The space The house has been built in Mediterranean traditional style. Apartment entry is independent. There is a free parking space within few meters from the entrance. In the flat there is fully-equiped kitchen where you can prepare tasteful meals. The large bathroom gives you pleasure and joy,while the best rest you can have on comfortable king-size bed in bedroom. Other things to note Please note that you have to register in tourist office within 24 hours upon arrival. The tax price (1€ per person per day) is NOT included in the price of apartment. As well, note that host is licensed tourist guide, whose service may be offered for much reasonable price to our guests.
