Have you always wanted to spend the night at a Limburg castle? Pascal & Nicolle and the kids Gilles & Isabelle D'Elfant welcome you to our monumental castle farm from the early 1600s in French style. Beautiful spacious fully renovated gite with cozy gas stove, Finnish sauna and romantic private garden. Walk out the gate and the Limburg hills invite you to take wonderful walks. Ideally located with only a 10-minute drive to Maastricht and 10 minutes to Valkenburg. The space Chateau Limbourgeois "De Galerie" is part of the monumental farm, the former old pigsty which we have stylishly converted into a gite. The previous owners were artists and used it as a gallery for their artwork. A very spacious living room with gas fireplace and kitchen equipped with all comforts such as dishwasher and oven. Two large bedrooms, including a spacious master bedroom, and through this room you walk through to the second (bed) room with the possibility to place two extra beds suitable for children, with a Finnish private sauna, cooling shower and a romantic private park-like garden with covered seating area and various seats. Total living area is 130 m2. Guest access The entire gite with private entrance is for private use, including Finnish sauna and garden with various seats with complete privacy. Other things to note Please note: The accommodation is only suitable for a couple or family with a maximum of two children and a baby. This is due to privacy, the bedrooms are connected to each other. Through the master bedroom, you only get to the wellness room/second bedroom. The residence is part of our carré farm, but has complete privacy. The accommodation includes one parking space, which is specially reserved. It is possible to rent the gas heater, costs are €7.50 per day per stay. Central heating and other energy is included.
