The Chez Elisabeth apartment is a cozy home located in Padua, ideal for families of up to 6 people. The property offers three private rooms: a double room with an extra bed, a single room and a double room, each with a private bathroom, TV and WiFi. Guests are warmly welcomed by Elisabeth and her cat Prince. The location is strategic, just a 10-minute walk from Padua station and 5 minutes from the Dazio tram stop, which takes you to the city center in 7-8 minutes. The neighborhood is well served by essential services such as post offices, shops, supermarkets, swimming pools, gyms, pharmacies, and banks. The rooms, located 500 meters from the historic center of Padua, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2021, offer modern and refined furnishings, with the double bedroom in Venetian style. This accommodation represents the right compromise between the proximity to the historic center and the tranquility of a low-traffic area, making it ideal for short stays in the city of Padua. The space The room is located in a house on the ground floor of a one-way street, mainly used by residents, ensuring tranquility and peaceful sleep, ideal for those who suffer from allergies. The house was completely renovated internally, including plumbing and electrical system, in January 2021. The exterior requires some maintenance work, with complete renovations under evaluation. Elisabeth, your Host, will welcome you in a familiar and bright environment, with her cat, offering the following services: - **Shared kitchen**: No stove, but equipped with essential condiments and appliances to heat food, prepare tea, coffee, smoothies, juices, and freshly squeezed juices. Includes microwave, fridge, centrifuge, induction oven on request (to be used outside), and kettle. - **Free Wi-Fi**: Fiber optics with download speeds of 60 megabytes and 20 megabytes of uploads. - **Internal washing machine**: Located in a private area, the washing service is managed by the staff, with a cost of 5 euros for non-delicate laundry and additional fees for services such as ironing. - **Parking**: Possibility of private parking or in nearby free and open parking lots. - **Home Restaurant**: By reservation, Elisabeth cooks simple traditional Venetian dishes, using ecological and seasonal products, including organic ones on request. The service is payable, with agreed prices. - **Buffet breakfast**: Personalized and substantial, included in the price of the night. It offers dried or fresh fruit, typical homemade desserts, yogurt, biscuits, organic and vegan snacks, chocolate, milk, drinks, fresh brioches, corn flakes, rice crispies, homemade jams. Possibility to book special foods. - **Sanitization**: The entire house is periodically sanitized from allergens, viruses, and bacteria, using professional ozone machinery. The cleaning of the rooms and linen is carried out with eco-friendly Gialean products. - **Additional services**: Clean towels, soaps, shower gel, hairdryer, TV included, and the possibility of smoking in the garden in dedicated spaces. The accommodation tax is paid to the host at the time of check-in. Guest access The tourist tax is payable directly to the host at check-in. During your stay Elisabeth is always available at all times for her guests. The house is not very spacious and some spaces are private to the Host, but you will never feel abandoned to yourself: Elisabeth is always present while respecting the privacy and needs of guests.
