Come stay for a week or more and see for yourself! The space This spacious unit sleeps 6 adults + 1 to 2 children. It has so much to offer- it was custom built originally as our forever home, but life took a turn and we ended up having to move away- lucky you! The home has muted colours, Italian lapato porcelain & natural stone tiled floors with Italian, Malaysian, Indian fixtures, furniture and stone used throughout the home. Enter through our secure private front door into a crisp clean entrance hallway, you'll be greeted by a vintage pianola. The ground floor, is where you will find the secure double garage, as well as the laundry with state of the art Swiss V-Zug washer and dryer. Going up the bamboo stairs, you will be greeted by our spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Words don't do this place justice and we can only hope the photos do so. Enjoy a meal with loved ones at our spacious dining table. The hardy black granite kitchen tops are made for cooking up a storm and the V-Zug Combi Steam Oven plus the second oven as well as the stove top will aid you in preparing the most delicious meals. If you haven't heard of a V-Zug Combi Steam oven, you should totally check it out for your next kitchen renovation:) The alfresco balcony with table and seating outside is perfect for siting and watching the sailboats on the swan river and the most beautiful sunsets, especially between April and October. Bedroom information. Bedroom 1 : Ample space. Fully tiled floors. King bed, a full baby's cot, & a little fold out sleeper. The main ensuite, has double sinks, a huge shower & an extra large bath for extra tall and large people. Also features a private toilet. Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Carpeted floors & attached to the second bathroom. The semi ensuite bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom 3: 2 x single cosy beds.Tiled floors. All bedrooms have individual air flow controlled aircon vents controlled from the main aircon control panel. The place is a great place to stay even in Winter, as the place stays quite warm due to the Northern out look. The fruit trees are a nice twist if you enjoy that kind of thing and the sunsets especially between April & October are stunning! The river is about a 7 minute walk and if you prefer a lake with diverse bird life and a play ground, that's 7 minutes in the opposite direction! A coffee shop, bottle(beverage) shop and pizza joint are all walking distance of about 5 minutes, while a 24 hour grocer is a short 14 minute walk for all your needs 24/7! The ever trendy Raffles bar lounge is also about a 14 minute walk. Please note, while the building is a two level home, the space you will be occupying is basically a fully private self contained unit. Some might even call it an apartment, inside this 2 level home. You have full and exclusive use of all the spaces featured in the photos except the gardens and downstairs alfresco Our place is ideal for large families, small groups, business people, or holiday makers alike. Spacious and comfortable with Netflix, game console, a bunch of board games it is perfect for a Stay-cation. It is also good for a work-from-home alternative. There is a "baby gate" that you can easily set up available for you to use if you have small children and want the place to be safe for younger children. Guest access As mentioned above, guests have full and exclusive access and use of all the spaces featured in the photos. While the building is a two level home, the space you will be occupying is basically a fully private self-contained unit or some might call it an apartment, inside this 2 level home. The building itself has technically been split into two separate, self contained "apartments" both with private entrances. To access the home you will need to climb a flight of stairs. Other things to note -As mentioned above, access to this place is via 1 flight of stairs. So you will need to climb 1 flight of stairs to get to it. - We do require you to send through photo IDs within 24 hours of your booking as part of our policies and procedures and insurance purposes. Failure to do so may result in the booking being cancelled. -In addition, we have recently installed external security cameras.
