Cozy Woodland Annex

Our Annexe is a modern, cozy space, with free parking. The annexe is adjoining our home, but guests have their own private entrance. Inside is a spacious lounge, with settee, table and chairs, TV with Netflix and WiFi. To set our guests up for the day, we offer a selection of complementary, delicious, home baked pastries for breakfast. There is a seperate good sized, bedroom overlooking the garden,with a double bed and wardrobe. There is modern shower room with toiletries provided. The space The annexe is set back off a private road which leads to the Blean woods Nature reserve. There are some beautiful trails to walk and we provide wellies, umbrellas and binoculars for our guests to make use of. We are in a great location 3 minute drive from Kent University , St Edmunds and Kent College Schools. We are a 10minute bus ride from the Historic city of Canterbury. We are also a 10 minute drive from the seaside town of Whitstable. Guest access Guests have a free parking spot on the drive. You have your own seperate entrance to the side of the property, with a lockbox. There is a side gate with access to the garden and patio area. Other things to note We do have two dogs. We understand that not everyone is a dog lover. Just let us know and we will make sure they do not trouble you. There is a key safe ouside the entrance to the annexe. In the event we cannot be there to greet you on arrival, we will give details of the code for self checkin.
