This charming abode boasts two bedrooms, 1.0 bathroom, a laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room. You'll find high-speed internet, providing a perfect space to work comfortably from home. Located in the desirable North End neighborhood of Boise, Little Miss Sunshine offers a big front and back yard that matches the cuteness of the interior. You'll love spending time outdoors, whether it's relaxing on the furnished deck or exploring the well-maintained garden. The lot size is a generous 4,791 sqft, providing ample space for your enjoyment. There’s no cable, but you’ll have plenty of options to watch your favorite shows and movies! Both bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished, with the primary bedroom offering a comfortable queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features a twin day bed with a memory foam topper for extra comfort and a small flat-screen TV with complimentary Roku channels. Other conveniences include a washer/dryer, A/C in the home, and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. The backyard, complete with a deck and lovely garden, provides a perfect space for relaxation (please note that some outdoor furniture may not be available during the winter months).
