Township of Rathdowney, 9kms from house, one pub for sit down meals and snacks and the general store for limited basic take-a-way and groceries. The Rathdowney, or Rathy, pub has a comprehensive "bush pub" menu with daily blackboard menu. Professional chef inspired menu resulting in delicious meals with a tasty drop of whatever you fancy.
